Keeping his promise that after the 23rd of April, he will put all his focus on Dr. Sanjeev Naik’s campaigning, NCP Supremo Sharad Pawar arrived in Navi Mumbai to address a rally for UPA candidate Dr. Sanjeev Naik. Thousands gathered on the grounds at Koperkhairane for the rally that saw the participation of Thane Guardian Minister Ganesh Naik, State Minister Dr. Patangrao Kadam, RPI Chief Ramdas Athavle, MLC Manda Mhatre, Navi Mumbai Mayor Anjani Bhoir and Navi Mumbai Congress Chief Namdeo Bhagat. Addressing the rally and appealing the voters to vote for their party, NCP Supremo Sharad Pawar said that the nation needs to bring those political parties into power who have the potential to address the immediate concerns of the nation, to take it to greater heights and those who practice secularism and communal harmony. He also praised Dr. Sanjeev Naik and said that to he was proud that his candidate, Dr. Sanjeev Naik had handled the office of the Mayor of Navi Mumbai very effectively and had a clean and cultured image in the public. While the elections campaigning will close on with more roads shows and rallies, only the voter’s will decide the fate of the candidates in the race to the parliament from the Thane constituency
